"An eating disorder, isn't that something that is very difficult, or impossible, to get rid of?" That's what I thought for a long time when I had bulimia and anorexia myself. Yet I managed to overcome it. And I'm not the only one.

I wondered how?! Was it my inner strength, perseverance, the support I received, wisdom, had it just caused me too much misery? I think it's a combination. And above all, the strong desire to want to live!

To engage in things and with people that give me energy. Instead of keeping myself trapped in my painful, humiliating, and reckless thought world. That!

From my (coaching) experience, I will teach you to look at your life in a different way. How you can regain control over your own life. And how to reassure yourself. You’ll gain insight into the source of your eating problems and process what has hurt you, consciously or unconsciously. You’ll learn to trust your body again and listen to your needs.

You’;; discover step by step how you can see yourself as a valuable person. Also in connection with the people around you. A relaxed relationship with food then gradually develops, almost effortlessly. The emphasis is mainly on valuing yourself and your life.
