Looking for a volunteer job?
VOLUNTEER
Julia (28 years old)
I suffered 8 years from Bulimia. I am happy to share moments and anecdotes from my life with Bulimia; how I ended up in there, my biggest struggles and my commitment for change. The physical aspect of an eating disorder is already difficult enough to deal with, but I would like to take you on a journey to our deeper psyche, to our inner world and explore it together with you. I wanna share my own experiences in fighting the inner demon, the many failures and successes along the way and the open door to freedom. Maybe you see a part of yourself in the experiences I went through and find inspiration for change. I would like to leave you with this little quote:
“ Nothing in Nature lives for itself,
Rivers don't drink their own water.
Trees don't eat their own fruit.
Sun doesn't give heat for itself.
Flowers don't spread fragrance for themselves.
Living For Others, is the rule of Nature”
