Emotional Release Massage
This is definitely a massage you never had before. A good massage relaxes the body and mind. During this massage we focus on mind relaxation whilst a professional masseuse is massaging you. During the massage the focus is not so much on massaging the body muscles, but the mind muscle. We train the mind by listening to the guided meditation of Isabelle Plasmeijer.

- Letting go of negative and limiting believes

the power of touch
Being touched can be very difficult and uncomfortable for people with eating disorders. However, touch will help you reconnect to your body. It will also learn you to get a better relationship with your body as well. If you prefer you may wear a top/t-shirt and shorts during the massage.
